Just call the general HR phone number and tell them you placed an application with them online a few weeks back and you are following up to see if interviews are being scheduled. Usually this is enough to get their attention and pass along your application to the hiring manager, but you can also ask the HR representative if you may contact the hiring manager directly as well to speak to them about the position to ask questions, etc. and they might go ahead and give you their contact information. If you do talk to the hiring manager person that you know from before, just reintroduce yourself and how you know them and just tell them you are very interested in this job. The ball is then in their court – either they want to interview you or they don’t. Good luck!

They cheat illegals because they can get away with it. The US Government does very little to procesute employers who hire illegals. Everyone deserves a fair wage for their labor but illegals are less likely to report employers and this is why employers like to hire illegals. Less pay means more money in the employers pockets.

i worked in a restaurant as well as a security guard in multiple locations and ever one received the same pay are you speaking garment workers or sweat shop workers big difference there is that one is legal and one breaks the rules according to INS regs you fill out on a job sit it says are you legally able to work in the US or are a LEGAL alien who is entitled to work in the US don’t say Americans are cheating them its a stereotype get your facts before you accuse

Why not go back to your country and then talk to a consulate. You can come here legally and then you can have all the rights you could ever want.

If we accept you statistics as fact, which sound pretty biased and unscientific, they always have the option to leave. The reason they don’t is because it’s much better than their birth nation. Many of these jobs are golden to these illegals.
